Q: I am a firm believer in prompt and regular oil changes. We recently purchased a new Honda Pilot. It has a computerized oil change recommendation, rather than a firm "every 5,000 miles" recommendation to change the oil. Do I follow the factory recommendation and wait for the computer to tell me to change the oil, or do I continue with the regular 5,000-mile oil-change interval that I have used on other cars?

MARYSVILLE, Ohio (AP) - A woman who oversaw diversity programs for Honda of America at its U.S. manufacturing operations in Ohio was fired for complaining about racial discrimination at the company, according to a federal agency's lawsuit. Monica Ways was senior manager for diversity, responsible for increasing diversity and improving the reporting on such matters to federal agencies, according to the suit filed on Ways' behalf by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
